This explains what personal information the Clubify app collects, why, who we share it with, and how you can see, change, or delete it. Clubify is a mobile app for finding and organizing local sports activities in Morocco.
We collect only what the app needs to work. Nothing here is collected for advertising — Clubify has no ad network or analytics SDK integrated.

You can permanently delete your account from inside the app at any time: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You'll be asked to re-enter your password to confirm, since this can't be undone.
Deleting your account immediately removes your email, name, username, password, avatar, bio, age, height, sport profile, and push token, and signs you out of every device.
Some content — like a message in a club chat, a kudos you gave, or a comment on a post — may remain visible to other members as part of the shared history of that club or session, but it is no longer linked to your identity in any way.
Clubify is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and the app enforces this at signup.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored or transmitted in plain text. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to your account is controlled by short-lived session tokens that can be revoked at any time, including automatically when you delete your account.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we'll update the effective date below and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
